My interest in the world of fertility started recently. After years in sales and marketing departments, I felt the need to redirect my career into a field that put my great empathy to use more and, above all, I wanted to have the feeling of really helping people’s lives with my work.
From the day of my first interview, I realized that the human capital of the clinic is unparalleled. The excellent treatment, the personal attention and the constant desire to help and contribute are not only limited to the relationship with the patient, but also to the relationship between colleagues. For me, this is a source of great pride.
When I got this job, it was very clear to me that what I wanted was for the patients I see to always have the feeling that they are not only accompanied in the process, but that they are also understood. An empathic attitude is essential for me in my dealings with them.
Every patient who starts treatment is a source of inspiration for me. The process is explained to them in great detail before they start and, although they are aware that it is not always easy, they make the step. It is to be admired.
I take great care to have time for myself after work. It is very important for me to be able to disconnect. I divide the rest of my time between my family and friends.
I am a kind, smiling person, willing to help at all times and trying to make this world a better place for everyone.
