Gaia Lucantoni

Gaia Lucantoni works in the International Business Development department at Fertty, where she supports patients, collaborators, and gynecologists from different countries, acting as a bridge between the clinic and those who choose to trust Fertty at such an important moment in their lives.

She studied Languages and Interpreting between Italy and Austria, specializing in French and German. Since childhood, she has lived in several countries—an experience that has allowed her to develop a strong intercultural sensitivity and to communicate fluently in six languages. This is not just a skill, but a core part of how she connects with people.

At Fertty, her role goes beyond communication: it is about accompanying, listening, and building trust. She is committed every day to offering a clear, personalized, and human approach, ensuring that each patient feels truly understood and supported, step by step.

The well-being of patients has always been the guiding thread of her professional journey. Her greatest motivation is to help each person experience this process in the most positive way possible, feeling welcomed, understood, and genuinely supported.

For international patients, this support becomes even more meaningful: creating closeness despite the distance, building a connection that allows them to feel “at home,” even when they are far away.

Because I have always felt the need to find a deeper meaning in what I do. For me, it is not just a job, but a real opportunity to support people through a delicate journey, full of emotions, hopes, and changes.

Being part of a team that combines scientific rigor with genuine humanity.

I am proud to contribute to making visible all the constant, precise, and often invisible work behind every result, and to be able to explain it to patients in a simple way, helping them go through this process with greater peace of mind and trust.

I always put the person at the center: for me, it is essential to truly connect with the person in front of me, to listen deeply, understand their needs, and support them with care and presence at every stage of the journey.

The trust that patients place in me is, for me, the greatest recognition.

I enjoy cooking, traveling, exercising, and spending time outdoors.

Together with my partner, I am also involved in a very special project: we produce natural wine in our vineyards, located about 45 minutes from Barcelona.

I am an empathetic and sensitive person, deeply engaged and fully present in what I do. I enjoy building authentic connections with people, bringing positive energy, and adapting naturally to different situations.
