SABER MÁS

I’ve always been clear that I would pursue healthcare studies, but it was in the final year of my degree when I discovered the Biology of Reproduction. From that moment on, I had a very clear goal: to become an embryologist and work in an in vitro fertilization laboratory. But for that, I needed to specialize even further, and I achieved it by completing my PhD.

Because here we put people at the centre. In other words, professionalism and high standards are our driving force for achieving the best results, but always ensuring that these results are accompanied by a positive experience.

I enjoy talking to patients and trying to explain the processes we carry out in the laboratory in the best way possible. I always keep in mind that for patients, it’s an unfamiliar treatment. There’s also a very important emotional component: we’re talking about their future children! I believe we must accompany them with humanity throughout the whole process.

Constantly. I’m fascinated by the perseverance of some people and the trust they place in us. I feel very responsible and grateful to them. For this reason, when they finally become mothers and fathers, the reward I feel is immense.

For me, the most important thing is family, and therefore, I try to spend as much time as possible with them. I’m passionate about culture. I enjoy going to the theater, attending concerts, or visiting exhibitions. Playing the piano relaxes me. Years ago, I studied music at the Conservatory. I also love escaping the city and breathing fresh air in the mountains.

I’m a meticulous person. I really value simplicity and order. I empathize with people and enjoy being part of a team that has a good work environment. Oh! And I think it’s essential to maintain a positive attitude toward life.
