I started working in this sector partly because of the circumstances of life. I had always worked in public relations, and the world of fertility was a great discovery for me. I love connecting with patients and contributing to making their dream of having a child come true. Seeing their happiness and hearing their words of appreciation fills me with joy.

Fertty is like a home where a big family lives, a family that is not only made up of employees, but also of all the patients who come through our consultations every day. This family welcomed me with open arms from the first day and taught me how to work collaboratively and in coordination with everyone. It is this feeling of family that we also want to transmit to our patients, always with a positive attitude. I am proud to work at this clinic, where patients are not just numbers, but members of our community.

From the beginning, what I always try to create is a relationship based on trust. From my role (and following Fertty’s philosophy), I want patients to always feel comfortable speaking with complete transparency. Every patient is different and has a different story. That is why I always try to offer personalized support. As a member of the International Department, I understand the difficulties and fears that patients may experience when travelling to another country and undergoing treatment “from a distance”. For me, it is important to break down distances and always be present. We must remove geographical and language barriers!

I will never forget my first patients who received a positive pregnancy test. And I will never forget their happiness on the day their child was born. We are still in contact and have built a deep friendship. But, in general, all patients teach you something. They all make me admire the determination they show when starting a journey like this.

I love cooking. I have always thought I could have been a great chef! I enjoy creating new dishes and beautiful presentations. I also love spending time with the people I care about: going out for a drink, having meals together and catching up.

I am a cheerful, curious and enthusiastic person. I really enjoy listening to other people’s stories and sharing anecdotes. I am also very stubborn and detail-oriented; I like things to be done well!
