When I decided to study Medicine, I did so with the purpose of helping others. What satisfies me the most professionally is being able to follow patients from the beginning of the process until a solution is found for their case. Fertility is a field where this is a reality, and with the current advancements, and those to come, the prospects are even more promising.

I felt that Fertty’s philosophy was different from the very first moment. Patients are at the center, and adapting and personalizing our way of working to their needs is the top priority. In this sense, both the human team and the clinic’s facilities contribute to working in that same direction, and I couldn’t be more satisfied to be part of this family.

First of all, I like to establish a climate of trust between the patient and the professional because I believe this improves the results of the entire process. Additionally, I like to be very transparent and honest so that patients can fully understand the situation they are in and the treatment options available. This way, they can make an informed choice about the option that best suits their expectations.

From each patient I see in consultation, I end up learning something, even if I’m not always consciously aware of it. Nevertheless, it’s the most exceptional circumstances that leave the biggest mark. What has positively impacted me is seeing the perseverance of some patients who, after several unsuccessful outcomes, fight to overcome them and return to the consultation for a new attempt.

Whenever I can, I try to do outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, or scuba diving. Spending time with my friends is also something I really enjoy, and if I have moments to myself, I spend them with a book and a cup of tea. I’m also interested in the culinary world and always try to find ways to adapt traditional recipes and discover new flavors.

I consider myself a calm, flexible, and tolerant person. I am very organized in my work, and if I have a goal in mind, I can be very persistent in achieving it. I also strongly believe in teamwork and mutual enrichment with others.
