Interview
WHY DID YOU BECOME A FERTILITY EXPERT?

From a very young age it was clear to me that I was going to dedicate myself to the world of biology. From there, one of the professors at the university who had dedicated herself to the world of assisted reproduction before teaching, told me how fascinating this world was and I decided to train and get fully involved in it.

WHY ARE YOU PROUD TO WORK AT FERTTY?

Because in addition to having a spectacular new facility, I feel like I’m helping other people fulfill their dreams. At Fertty we deal very closely with patients, for us it is not just another patient but someone with a name and surname and a story. Besides feeling fulfilled as a professional, I also feel very fulfilled on a personal level.

WHAT IS YOUR ATTITUDE TO PATIENT MANAGEMENT?

Above all, I care that they feel at ease, that they feel safe leaving this important mission in our hands. That they feel that they can call us at any time so that we can inform them about their embryos, that they feel, in short, confident in our work.

HAVE THERE BEEN PATIENTS WHO INSPIRE YOU?

Undoubtedly, in the end there are always patients who leave their mark on you, there are stories behind each of them of overcoming and perseverance. There are patients who, when they talk to you, transmit to you all their feelings and all their nervousness. That’s what makes us get so excited when we find out she’s pregnant. It’s great.

HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?

I spend most of my free time with my boyfriend and friends. I really enjoy travelling, getting to know cultures and ways of life different from ours, although I don’t so it as much as I would like to. I also try to do some sport, although less than I should.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY?

I am very extrovert; I don’t need to know someone to establish a relaxed conversation with that person. I consider myself cheerful, very active and I always try to keep a smile on my face.
